Founded in 1992 by Lynea Lattanzio, The Cat House on the Kings is California's largest no-cage, no-kill, lifetime care cat sanctuary and adoption center. The sanctuary is situated on 12 acres along the Kings River in Parlier, CA about 20 miles south east of Fresno in the Central Valley.

In addition to the on-site adoption center, we have a satellite adoption center inside Petco on Blackstone at Ashlan in Fresno.

From CA-99 South only:

1. Take the E. Adams Ave. exit towards Parlier.
2. Follow E. Adams Ave. about 10 miles and turn right where it dead-ends into S. Kings River Rd.

From CA-99 North or South:

1. Take the Manning Ave. exit towards Parlier/Reedley.
2. Turn left onto Lac Jac (traffic light).
3. Turn right onto E. Adams Ave.
4. Turn right where E. Adams Ave. dead-ends into S. Kings River Rd.

The Cat House on the Kings driveway will be on your left.

Please note: Directions from online mapping sites and many GPS navigation systems attempt to turn left onto S. Kings River Rd. from Manning Ave. This dead-ends in a corporation yard!
