Contribution Statement

We can provide a report on your contributions to The Cat House on the Kings for a calendar year. Provide your email address below and we will email you a secure link to retrieve a PDF report.

Please note: There are a couple of reasons why the report you receive my not show some donations:

1. If you have sent us checks or made donations by phone instead of online, those donations may not be included in the report if your email address has not been associated with your record in our accounting system.
2. If you have used more than two different email addresses or used different names when making donations, you may have more than one entry in our accounting system.

In that event that your report is missing some donations, please let us know via our contact form so that we may investigate and resolve the problem. Include sufficient information for us to identify you uniquely.
