Surrender a Cat

You must contact Lynea by phone at (559) 638-8696 to obtain approval before submitting a surrender form.

We charge an upfront fee of $60 for a non-spayed, non-vaccinated cat/kitten as well as a surrender fee of $30 per month per cat up to a maximum of $2000. If the cat dies or it is adopted, our agreement is no longer valid.

We require a relatively recent picture of the cat to be surrendered. The picture must be in JPEG (".jpg") format and he picture file should not more than 100K bytes.

If you default on this agreement, we reserve the right to return your cat/cats either to your residence or to your relative/friend's residence or to take legal action against you.
